Chicken Parmesan

The other night Chris mentioned trying a different recipe with chicken, so I browsed my online resources, and we decided to try and make our own chicken Parmesan following April’s recipe (which she borrowed I believe).

It was really delicious!  I think we will be having that one again.  We paired it with whole wheat spaghetti noodles and some homemade garlic bread (with side salads) and both ate a little more than we should have.  The leftovers were almost better than the first night we had it!
