Mexican Style White DipNovember 7, 2008
My brother made this a long time ago when a bunch of us were at the beach, and I recently found the recipe again. It isn’t as good as the dip at our favorite Mexican restaurant, but I still like it.
1 cup Miracle Whip
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1 Tsp red pepper flakes
1 1/2 Tsp Cumin
3/4 Tsp salt
1 1/2 Tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 Tsp oregano
Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate for a day or two before serving
If you eat it immediately the flavors will not have set in, and you’ll mostly just taste Miracle Whip.
We really like this with tortilla chips!
